Reporting to the Deputy Director Finance Business Partnering - Business Development and Delivery ("Deputy Director"), the Finance & Business analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions, and driving growth and profitability.
The successful candidate will be a key member of the FBP (Finance Business Partnering) team, working closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their needs and deliver solutions.
What You'll Be Doing...
1. Develop an understanding of company and division objectives, both financial and strategic
2. Be involved in the preparation of Board reports
3. Act as a problem-solver, using multifaceted approaches to improve efficiency and drive company objectives (including development of AI-supported use cases to automate administrative tasks)
