⚖️ The Role: Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

You’ll manage your own busy and varied caseload, advising a diverse client base on complex and high‑value matters, including:

* Adverse possession
* Breaches of covenant
* Rights to light
* Professional negligence
* Boundary disputes & nuisance
* Rights of way & party wall issues
* Trespass & title disputes
* Break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture & repossession
* Lease renewals & termination
* Rent reviews, service charge disputes & tenant default


💼 About You

We’re looking for a solicitor with:

* 6+ years’ PQE in property litigation
* Strong technical expertise across a broad range of disputes
* Confidence managing your own caseload
* A commercial, client‑focused approach
* The ability to deliver strategic, tailored advice in a collaborative environment
