NWAS are seeking an experienced and dynamic Integrated Governance Manager to join our team. This is a newly created role within the Trust, reflecting our commitment to strengthening integrated governance and driving continuous improvement across all areas of our organisation. As the first Integrated Governance Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to shape and influence the governance framework, making a lasting impact on the Trust's operations and services. This leadership role is critical in driving continuous improvements in governance across the Trust. You will work closely with the Head of Integrated Governance, Risk and Assurance to ensure corporate, clinical, quality, workforce, educational, operational performance, and information governance processes are embedded and integrated throughout the organisation.

Main duties of the job
* The Integrated Governance Manager will provide specialist and professional advice to the Trust on all matters relating to integrated governance. The role involves working closely with the Head of Integrated Governance, Risk and Assurance.
* The post holder will identify and lead continuous improvements in governance across the Trust, ensuring processes are embedded and integrated throughout the organisation through oversight, advice, and guidance.
* Support the delivery of the Trust's Integrated Governance, Risk and Assurance Strategy, promoting our Be Think Do Philosophy at all levels.
