This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its growing Private Client team based in Fife. This is a varied and interesting role; you will advise on a wide range of private client matters including:
1. Asset Protection & Succession Planning
2. Inheritance Tax Planning
3. The Creation and Administration of Private and Charitable Trusts
4. Wills, Executries and Powers of Attorney
The firm is open to hearing from candidates at the 3 years’ PQE level and above with experience in providing Private Client advice together with a passion for building relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be STEP qualified or willing to work towards this.
