As an apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering and manufacturing environment, supporting the setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of machinery and equipment. Under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians, you will develop the technical skills necessary to contribute to the efficient production of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist engineers and senior technicians in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment and machinery.
2. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.
3. Support the routine inspection and testing of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
4. Monitor and adjust machinery settings as needed to maintain production efficiency and quality.
5. Support day-to-day operations in the production area by assisting in machine setup, material handling, and workflow optimization.
6. Learn to interpret technical drawings.
