* Location: High Wycombe (Glory Park office base)
* Working pattern: Hybrid working (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home). Some flexibility/extra travel may be required from week to week, depending on the workload.
* Salary: £37,736 + excellent benefits
* Contract type: Fixed‑term contracts (FTCs)

Requirements & What We’re Looking For
* Passion for customer service and community engagement
* Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
* Commitment to providing exceptional housing services
* Housing management knowledge and case management experience in a regulated environment
* A full driving licence and a car for business usage; mileage is paid at 45p per mile as per our policy.
