Rate: £800 Per day - Inside of IR35
Required Skills
* Strong Service-Now expertise across:
o CSM, ITSM, ITOM
o Integrations, Mid Servers
o Domain Separation, Encryption
* Experience with environment configuration, feature development, and team leadership.
* Knowledge of upgrade planning and execution.
Responsibilities
* Act as system owner, safeguarding the Service-Now environment.
* Handle BAU processes and development of new features/enhancements.
* Supervise and guide a varied team (Business Analysts, Developers, Administrators, Consultants).
* Prepare for and lead a major upgrade in the new year:
* Understand upgrade processes, testing, and automated test frameworks.
