What You'll Be Doing
As a Sales and Customer Service Assistant, you'll be connecting with potential customers in face to face field sales environments in Colchester, understanding their needs, providing customer service and presenting your client's services in an engaging way. You'll build rapport, answer questions, and ultimately drive sales, so you can maximise on their commission-based earnings pay structure.

However successful candidates in the past have come from customer facing backgrounds such as retail (shop assistant, customer service assistant, store assistant, retail assistant, retail manager), customer service, support worker, graduate, care, hospitality (Front of house, bartender, waitress, waiter, bar manager, bar assistant, hospitality assistant), call centre and other backgrounds such as warehouse, driver, labourer, construction, healthcare, manufacturing and more.
