Transparent Wage Structure:
* ● £13.20ph - weekday care ("unqualified" carers)
* ● £13.30ph - weekday care ("qualified" carers)
* ● £13.50ph - weekend care ("qualified" & "unqualified")
* ● £20ph - Christmas eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
* ● £15ph - New Years Eve & New Years Day
* ● £12.21ph - Training/ shadowing & travel time
* ● 25p per mile
Your Contract: 55hrs MINIMUM to 77hrs MAXIMUM Fortnightly. (Average of 33 hours per week)
* Week 1:
* Monday 7am to 2pm
* Tuesday OFF
* Wednesday OFF
* Thursday 7am to 2pm
* Friday 2pm to 9pm
* Saturday OFF
* Sunday 7am to 2pm - (or can take off the contract if preffered- but will decrease the hours.)

* Monday 2pm to 9pm
* Tuesday 7am to 2pm
* Wednesday OFF
* Thursday 2pm to 9pm
* Friday 7am to 2pm
* Saturday 2pm to 9pm
* Sunday 7am to 9pm
Requirements:
* Level 2 Health & Social Care qualification (or willing to obtain - we'll fund it)
* Full driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle
* Enhanced DBS check (we'll reimburse this in your first wage)
* Compassionate nature and dedication to quality care
What You'll Do:
* Provide essential personal care and support
