The Opportunity
MCS Group is partnering with a well established, reputable practice in Banbridge to recruit a driven and ambitious manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be hands on with a portfolio of clients and progress their career to partner level.
It's a really exciting opportunity for the right person to really work their way up to the top table.
The Benefits
The successful Accounts Manager can expect to receive the following:

The Role
You will have a wide range of duties, such as;
* Reviewing the work of the junior team - accounts prep and tax returns
* Meeting with clients and dealing with queries, providing support and advice
* Overseeing the tax function in the practice, making sure tax returns are completed, advising on capital allowance etc.
* Assist with the day to day running of the practice
* Ad-hoc duties
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
* Qualified Accountant from a general practice background
* Previous experience managing a portfolio of clients
* Experience managing and delegating work to a tiered team
* Ideal fit for a close-knit, collaborative team environment
* Confident and professional when speaking with clients, both in person and over the phone
* Keen on progressing to partner level
