The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-Time Spares, After-Sales Administrator & Export Documentation Coordinator to play a central role within our operations team. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end spares and parts administration, including creating spare parts lists, customer spreadsheets, pricing and ad-hoc quotations Process spares orders from booking through to dispatch, coordinating shipments and preparing all commercial and export documentation, including complex USA paperwork and Chamber of Commerce requirements Maintain accurate tracking and shared documentation to ensure visibility of order progress and export compliance Provide administrative support to Sales, Project and Accounts teams, including order processing, invoicing, record maintenance and PA support to Company Directors Develop and maintain key operational databases, update CRM pricing, and support continuous improvement initiatives, events and wider business activities The Ideal Candidate You are an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, responsibility and being at the heart of a busy engineering or manufacturing business.
