This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property professional to step into a senior role within a high-performing, award-winning property management team. Based in Clifton, you'll take the lead on a portfolio of managed properties, ensuring they are fully compliant, well-maintained and delivering exceptional value for both landlords and tenants.
We're looking for someone who thrives on delivering first-class service, can build strong, lasting relationships and has a natural ability to lead and support others. You'll be the main point of contact for landlords, handle maintenance issues efficiently, and manage tenant and landlord queries with professionalism. You'll oversee the student changeover process from start to finish, guide junior team members, and stay on top of lettings legislation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
In return, you'll receive a basic salary of around £28,000 depending on experience, with realistic on-target earnings of £34,000 or more through pooled commission and individual performance incentives. There's 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service, along with funded ARLA Propertymark qualifications, regular paid-for social events and full support from a skilled leadership team.
