AAG have recently elected to commence using Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud) as it s CRM solution and requires an administrator to carry out the day-to-day management of the existing and new Salesforce Orgs. Please note, candidates can be based in the following locations: Wolverhampton, Manchester, Newmains, Ringwood or Ipswich. You will be working with stakeholders in the business the successful candidate will have an active part in the requirements gathering phase and working with an external consultancy help to deliver the new CRM solution. Building, configuring business processes withing the Salesforce Org the SFA will deliver customisations to enhance and make the business more efficient. Following on from the successfully delivery of a standalone CRM solution attention will be turned to integration with AAGs other business system to deliver a customer and supplier holistic view within CRM and a seamless workflow between systems for AAGs business processes. The new Org will lead to continuous improvement program utilising the Salesforce platform, improving business processes and enabling AAG to become more data driven by improving our analytics capabilities. Key responsibilities Perform daily maintenance checks, including Apex Jobs, user management, data import/export and system configuration. Ensure platform uptime and health. Work with stakeholders to configure and customise Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the business. Ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and security, including data imports and deduplication. Create and manage workflow rules, process automation, and approval processes. Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they maximize the platform's capabilities. Assists with streamlining processes, enhance user experience and contribute to the overall efficiency of the CRM system. Assist in the development of new functionality, changes, and faults, including complicated tasks as appropriate. Contribute to continuous business improvement across all AAG systems. Work on integrating Salesforce with other business systems as needed. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience. Salesforce release pipeline experience. Azure Dev Ops experience would be preferable. Good business process knowledge Good communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure, prioritising tasks based on business need. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques. Good IT skills, particularly around project documents, presentations, and financial analysis.
