Birmingham Sports Massage is a thriving private practice in the heart of Birmingham, known for delivering exceptional sports massage and injury assessment services. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Sports Therapist or Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis.

The Role
You will provide therapy services to a diverse client base—from elite athletes to the general public—delivering evidence-based treatment, rehabilitation, and injury prevention strategies in a private clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough assessments and create tailored treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and prescribe rehab exercises using best practice
Work confidently in both clinic and rehabilitation environments
Maintain clear, accurate records via Fresha software
Communicate effectively with clients throughout their treatment journey
Manage bookings and process payments (training provided)
Working Hours
A mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts is required, including at least one weekend shift per week.
Essential Requirements
Degree in Physiotherapy, Sports Therapy, or Level 4 Sports Massage
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Proficient with MS Office and clinic management software
Strong communication and time management skills
Availability for evening and weekend work
Desirable Skills:
Acupuncture or cupping qualification
Taping and strapping experience
Familiarity with force plates
Valid First Aid certification
