Join our team and you’ll be responsible for supporting the growth of our business by delivering on critical sales processes and projects to ensure we build a platform to drive the scalable growth of the business. You will be responsible for addressing day to day operational queries, and actively collaborating and leading on projects.
Working in the Sales Operations - Planning and Controlling team, you will sit within our CSI department (Commercial Systems and Intelligence), which is made up of Commercial Product and Tech, Commercial Operations, CSI Strategy and Portfolio Operations, Business Controlling and Sales Operations.
Together as one, CSI has a key goal to establish a scalable and harmonized commercial ecosystem for the company.

This is a part-time (25 hours per week), 9-months maternity cover.
Your responsibilities
1. Manage and support incoming queries from sales reps and managers around business policies and processes. Execute on sales processes, including account ownership changes in line with defined business rules.
2. Assist the finance and sales teams with month-end processes.
3. Work with Salesforce Lightning and supporting tools such as MS office and Power BI.
4. Work with sales leaders to ensure territory model is applied across the sales teams. Manage the territories change process for sales reps, to build/assign Account portfolios.
5. Develop and continuously improve and document processes to best support our sales teams, and lead and own evolving requests to support the needs of the business working with required stakeholders e.g., one-time incentive programmes.
Qualifications
Your skills and Qualifications
6. Extensive experience working with Salesforce Lightning CRM
7. Good MS Office skills, including Intermediate Excel
8. Experience with Power BI desirable
9. Strong analytical skills to pro-actively tackle challenges. Problem solver
10. Effective communicator, team player with strong collaboration skills and strong attention to detail
