Registered Children's Home Manager

Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus £8,000 bonus

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to lead our new 3-bed Emotional and Behavioral Difficulties (EBD) service in Coventry. As part of a growing organization, you will play a vital role in establishing and managing high-quality care standards while supporting the development of additional services in Birmingham, with plans for six new openings.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
* Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each child.
* Manage and support a team of care staff, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.
* Ensure the home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children with EBD.
* Work collaboratively with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare providers.
* Monitor budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability.
* Lead efforts in expanding services in Birmingham and other locations, contributing to strategic planning and execution.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing a children's home or similar care setting.
* Strong knowledge of EBD and child care regulations.
