Customer Team Leader
Location: Calver Road, Baslow, DE45 1RP
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 22.5 hours per week + regular overtime, 3‑month temporary, part time
Working pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid‑day shifts, with flexibility across the week including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday). Availability will be discussed at interview.

About the role
As a Customer Team Leader, you'll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, helping to deliver essential services to your community. Depending on your store, this could involve working in a post office, bakery, or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. Your role will make life easier for customers.
What you'll do
* Own the day‑to‑day running of the store by leading the team during your shift
* Motivate, coach, and support your team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations and setting the pace for a team of Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
