WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Manage and develop customers with focus on big installers, house builders, wholesalers, and distributors, according to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
3. Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
4. Develop new customers, accounts, and projects in line with the business plan for the assigned sales area.
5. Propose and implement activities to achieve sales targets in cooperation with internal and external partners.
6. Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team to ensure successful sales of their specifications.
7. Provide market feedback (product/price/channel/projects) to management regularly and create reports as needed.
8. Achieve KPIs and targets as defined by the company (e.g., CAC sales, Pro-Partners development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale).


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

* Proficient understanding of processes, technologies, products, or relevant fields of expertise.
* Effective use of recognized planning, analytical, or conceptual principles and techniques.
* Understanding of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
* Experience in Business Development in B2B is advantageous.

* Hours: 37.5, Full Time
* Locations: 1 position in Midlands and 1 in East Anglia
