What you will do
* Provide technical support and expertise for rivers, scour and coastal civil engineering design teams.
* Support the delivery of proposals.
* Mentor and help develop Apprentices, Graduates and Early Career Professionals.
* Contribute to Innovation Accelerator program and Research and Development programmes.
* Support the delivery of local authority FCERM programmes.
What we are looking for
* Chartered Civil Engineer status with experience in Flood and Coastal Erosion Risk Management; experience in scour assessment and scour repair design is desirable but not essential.
* Degree qualified in civil engineering.
* Knowledge and understanding of flood and river scour design principles and solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Track record of managing projects/programmes and teams to meet quality and commercial targets.
Location
Preferred: South West of England (Exeter or Bristol offices); other locations nationwide will be considered.
