About the Role
Are you an experienced Timber Frame Designer looking to advance your career? Or are you a pre-construction manager eager to work on exciting and diverse projects? As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be the key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring that design information and technical queries are communicated effectively to facilitate a smooth transition into production.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee the development and approval of design specifications and technical documents.
2. Coordinate with external consultants and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
3. Educate clients about offsite manufacturing processes.
4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
5. Facilitate internal coordination meetings and monitor project milestones.
Candidate Requirements
* Technical expertise in offsite manufacturing, Timber Frame, or Light Gauge Steel.
* Experience throughout the entire design process.
* Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
* Knowledge of HSEQ and CDM regulations.
