Job Description
* Monitor and control batter mixing ingredients totes and liquid ingredients
* Break down batter tote boxes and roll up super sacks.
* Must be able to correctly identify batter and ingredients
* Batter attendant reliefs batter operator during breaks
* lean.
* Clean equipment designated by the lead or team leader during breaks in the line.
* Maintain good housekeeping in work area: sweep and shovel as directed
* Perform other job duties as assigned by the ML Lead or Team leader production.
* Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
* Will be utilized in sanitation position during non-battered items.
Basic & Preferred Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience desired, but not required.
Language Skills
* Ability to speak, read and write in English is required
* Must be able to communicate well, understand and comprehend verbal & written instruction.
Mathematical Skills
* Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide using a calculator.
* Must be able to use and understand basic math and have minimal mechanical ability.
Computer Skills
* Ability to use Microsoft Suite including; word, PowerPoint and excel.
* Must know or have the ability to learn internal computer programs and operating systems.
Physical Demands
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
* Must be able to safely lift up to 75 pounds.
Work Environment
* Must be able to work in all environments such as; hot, cold, wet or dry.
* Must be able to safely use chemicals required for chemicals.
