Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Partner to join our busy People Services and Resourcing function within the People and Culture Directorate.

The Change Partner supports the senior management for some of our Directorates and Health and Social Care Partnerships with workforce planning, strategic transformation and organisational change, and the development and delivery of their people plans.


Qualifications and experience

You will have a graduate / post graduate qualification in HR Management or in a related business management subject, including CIPD membership at Chartered Member level, or have equivalent professional knowledge and experience gained through study and work. Your previous experience working at a senior level within an HR environment in a complex organisation, ability to think strategically, together with your knowledge and understanding of employment legislation, proven coaching skills and ability to influence at a senior level will allow you to be a confident Change Partner for your allocated Directorates / Health and Social Care Partnerships and a champion for our People and Culture agenda.


Working arrangements

The hours are 37 per week (full-time), which are reducing to 36 from 1 April 26. The role will be supporting the NHS Highland area, which also includes Argyll and Bute. Your base will be NHS Highland premises in Inverness or in the Argyll and Bute area, as agreed, with a need to attend the office in Inverness as required. Hybrid working, i.e. a mix of working from your work base and home, may be supported in line with our flexible working policies. On starting there will be a requirement to be in Inverness for an agreed period of time.
