We are working with a leading facilities management company to find a Project Coordinator to join their team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills to support a busy projects team delivering lifecycle and variations works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative and financial support to Project Managers
* Prepare documentation including costings, tenders, risk assessments, and compliance paperwork
* Maintain accurate and audit-ready project files in line with ISO and CDM standards
* Generate monthly client invoices including material and subcontractor costs
* Update trackers, SharePoint records, asset lists, and area data sheets
* Liaise with subcontractors, technical teams, and clients to ensure seamless delivery
* Assist in the development of annual lifecycle plans and project review meetings
* Support in the production of financial and management reports
* Previous experience in a project support, coordination, or administrative role
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
* Experience using Microsoft Projects
* Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, Maximo, or BI Launchpad
* Contractor or supplier coordination experience
* Background in FM, construction, or a similar environment
* IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS certification
