About the Role

As a Production Associate, you will play a critical role in optimizing and scaling our ultra-responsive supply chain operations. By leveraging proprietary algorithms and your data analysis expertise, you will refine inventory strategies to support efficient, cost-effective production. Your work will be instrumental in shaping a scalable production strategy that balances lean operations with sustainable growth.

This role requires a highly analytical and strategic thinker who can transform data-driven insights into actionable improvements, ensuring optimal inventory levels, maximizing margins, and minimizing waste. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align production processes with sales trends, customer demand, and operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive replenishment strategies by utilizing proprietary algorithms to forecast future demand based on historical performance and key data points.
* Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective production while maintaining high-quality standards.
* Optimize MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) strategies to balance cost efficiency with inventory flexibility.
* Proactively mitigate risks related to production delays, material shortages, and quality issues to maintain a smooth supply chain process.
* Negotiate supplier terms to enhance operational agility and cost control.
* Collaborate with Design & Marketing teams to align production with evolving sales trends and customer preferences.
* Identify automation and efficiency opportunities within production workflows and the broader supply chain.
* Lead cost-saving initiatives while ensuring high product quality and fast time-to-market.
* Develop and monitor KPIs to measure production efficiency, continuously refining processes for improved performance.
* Build real-time dashboards and reports to provide visibility into key production metrics and inform strategic decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and is eager to work cross-functionally to optimize production and supply chain operations.

Recommended Background

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data for decision-making.
* 1-5 years experience in production, planning, operations, or supply chain—ideally in fashion or consumer goods.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
* Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with SQL or BI tools preferred.
* Experience working with vendors, suppliers, and production teams preferred.
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
