Salary/HourlyRate: £13.05 - £17.40
The advertisedhourly rate includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of thepost. JWC supplements are conditional on the physical demands and/or working conditions of the role.
A market supplementis currently being applied to all night and weekend (Saturday andSunday) shifts, uplifting your hourly rate in these periodsto£17.40. This will replace any previous market supplements andwill apply to both your contracted hours and to any additionalhours worked within the applicable time periods.

About therole
As a Support Worker (Carer, Care Worker,Care Assistant) you will get the opportunity to know peopleindividually and support their wellbeing through physical andemotional care. You may also assist with medication, providingpersonal care, and encouraging our people to achieve or maintainindependence.
