The role. We're looking for a confident and proactive Telesales Executive to join a well-established business recognised as a market leader in the waste export industry. Trusted by some of the world's largest ocean freight carriers, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in driving business growth in a dynamic and evolving market.
This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.

What you'll be doing:
* Sourcing new leads through research and outbound outreach
* Creating, managing, and updating leads within a CRM system
* Cold calling potential customers to introduce the business and qualify interest
* Presenting warm, qualified leads to the internal team for pricing and follow-up
* Maintaining accurate records and contributing to continuous improvement in sales processes

What we're looking for:
* Sales experience: Previous experience in a telesales, lead generation or outbound calling role
* Industry background: Experience in waste export, freight, or logistics is desirable – but not essential
* Strong communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident on the phone
* CRM familiarity: Comfortable managing contacts and sales activity in a CRM platform
* Self-motivated: Able to work independently and hit targets in a fully remote setting
