We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a major integration programme within a leading UK insurer. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-impact transformation initiative with long-term potential.
Location: Hybrid - 2 days per week in-office (Bristol, Norwich, or Perth)
Contract Length: 6 months initially (programme expected to run 2-3 years)
Rate: Up to £515 per day (Inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support discovery and mobilisation phases of a large-scale integration programme
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
* Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE analysis and process mapping
* Identify and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams
Ideal Experience:
* Strong background in business analysis within the insurance sector
* Experience with claims processes (highly desirable)
* Familiarity with Guidewire (highly desirable)
* Agile delivery experience
* Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
