Support Worker required to work alongside our client, the South Eastern Trust, within a short breaks service based in Lisburn. This service supports adults with learning disabilities in a 6-bedded unit, within a wider caseload of approximately 45 service users. As a core member of the team, you will be expected to work both individually with residents and collaboratively within a team of care staff to provide the highest standard of care and support. Duties include providing personal care, assisting with the consumption of meals, engaging with residents and their families, and following person-centred care plans. These positions are available for immediate start, offering a minimum of 30 hours per week with opportunities to pick up additional hours. Various shift patterns are available across a 7-day rota, including 8.00am-3.30pm, 3.00pm-10.30pm, and night duty from 10.00pm-8.00am when required. The hourly rate ranges from £12.75 to £21.55 depending on the shift worked, making this a rewarding opportunity for individuals passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities.
