Are you ready to take on a dynamic leadership role in the world of loss prevention?
We're looking for a Loss Prevention Manager who will look after the management of commercial loss plans across all ambient products. You will be making a significant contribution towards integrating plans with support business functions to protect products from theft in our store environment. As a Loss Prevention Manager, you'll be an integral part of our Loss Prevention strategy, based at our Head Office in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* To significantly reduce all shrink costs to the business in all ambient areas
* To work closely with categories to upskill product protection knowledge and develop solutions to mitigate risk of shrink via theft in stores
* You'll create analysis of trialled solutions to assess viability and scalability to utilise limited capex budget and to achieve the best return on investment
* You will be decision making to use judgement and experience of theft methods to determine right solutions to be progress to trial stage
* Build strong relationships and work closely with existing and new stakeholders to provide planning trials / monitoring result and rolling out plans
* You'll engage with stores to understand and address execution issues – taking learning and building knowledge into future plan development

* Strong knowledge around theft trends, crime awareness and crime methods
* Strong Influencing and stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience using Google sheets / slides – for assessing /analysing data from trials and presenting solutions to senior stakeholders
* Advanced excel skills with the ability to analyse data and trends
* Proven capabilities in delivery projects in a timely manner
