Responsibilities of a Teacher
7. Plan and deliver differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs.
8. Support students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and other SEND requirements.
9. Create a nurturing and structured classroom environment with small class sizes.
10. Implement EHCP (Education, Health, and Care Plan) targets into daily lessons.
11. Work closely with teaching assistants and multi-disciplinary teams to support student progress.
12. Foster a growth mindset and resilience-building strategies through engaging activities and creative lesson planning.
13. Assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
14. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support.
15. Promote independence and self-regulation in students through personalised learning strategies.
