✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* To initially support the implementation and embedding of the Operations Management System (OMS) on site
* Having accountability for delivering safe, efficient and cost effective operations, ensuring high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction.
* Driving the identification, prioritisation, and implementation of improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality, using structured methodologies.
* Fostering a data-driven approach to decision-making and ensuring that improvements are measurable, sustainable, and aligned to wider business objectives.
* Acting as a critical link between day-to-day operational delivery and longer-term strategic transformation, ensuring that operational practices evolve in line with business growth, technology, and changing customer demands.
✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
* Expert in Operations Managers System (OMS)- essential
* Experience leading continuous improvement projects
* Have excellent operational knowledge and understanding of specific customer, systems and procedures.
* Knows and uses fundamental concepts, practices & procedures relative to quality & productivity improvement.
