Senior Associate Solicitor – Commercial Property / Agricultural Land Location: Exeter, Devon Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent New Senior Associate Role – Commercial Property (Agricultural Team) An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading South West law firm in its specialist Agricultural & Rural Land team based in Exeter. This role is ideal for a lawyer with a strong commercial property background who wants to expand their expertise into agricultural transactions, rural estates and high-value land matters. You’ll work closely with a highly respected Partner, giving you exposure to complex transactions and a clear path for professional growth. The Work – What You’ll Do You’ll advise a wide range of clients including private individuals, family estates, corporate landowners and institutional lenders on commercial property and agricultural matters, such as: Sales and purchases of farms, estates and rural land holdings (including multi-lot and high-value deals) First registrations, title reconstructions and complex title issues Overage agreements, easements, rights of way and access rights Agricultural tenancies and Farm Business Tenancy agreements Sporting rights and specialist rural leases Agricultural Holdings Act and 1954 Act tenancy advice Secured lending transactions involving rural and mixed-use property assets About You: Qualified Solicitor with 5 years’ PQE in commercial property Genuine interest in agricultural and rural property law Able to handle complex title matters and high-value transactions Commercially minded, confident communicator and client-focused Why Apply?
