Location: Cobalt Business Park, North Shields (With Element of Travel)
Salary Competitive plus Commission
Hours: 8:30/9am – 4:30/5pm Mon – Friday

The Role
They are seeking a proactive and personable Relationship Manager / Account Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with a knack for nurturing client relationships and a subtle touch of salesmanship.
While the position has a sales element, it is geared more towards consultative selling rather than aggressive sales tactics. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of interpersonal skills to manage client accounts effectively and the strategic acumen to identify and seize opportunities for business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring all aspects of their services meet their needs and expectations. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Consultative Selling: Understand the specific needs of clients and offer solutions that align with their compliance & environmental goals and objectives. This involves a more nuanced, consultative approach to selling, emphasizing advisory and support over hard selling.
* Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and collaborate with the service teams to capitalize on these opportunities.
* Feedback and Reporting: Collect and analyse client feedback to inform service improvements. Prepare and present reports on account status and growth opportunities to senior management.
* Market Awareness: Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to position their services advantageously.
