Job Description
Undertake assessments within budgetary criteria, ensuring individuals meet service eligibility to achieve outcomes for older adults and those with a physical disability including acquired brain injury, under the remit of the Social Work (Scotland) Act 1968 and subsequent legislation relevant to the function of care management. Demonstrate commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the service and the organisation.
Requirements
This post is regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo an update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more overseas in the last 5 years, an overseas criminal record check will be required. Applicants must provide this check. A confirmed offer of employment and commencement in the post will be subject to satisfactory outcomes of both pre‑employment checks.
This post has a minimum requirement of two references, one of which must be the applicant's most recent employer.
