Temp All Staffing are currently recruiting for a Press Brake Setter Operator on behalf of our well-known client, who specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality bespoke products for the construction industry, based in Colchester Essex.

Schedule
7. Monday to Friday

The Role
10. Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality components
11. Work accurately from technical drawings, specifications, and sketches
12. Interpret engineering drawings and ensure all work meets required tolerances
13. Calculate flat/blank sizes from drawings when required
14. Carry out adjustments to ensure accuracy and consistency in production
15. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company standards
16. Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets
Your Experience/ Requirements
17. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Press Brake Setter / Operator
18. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication sketches
19. Experience calculating blank sizes and understanding bending allowances
20. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
21. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
22. Previous experience in a sheet metal manufacturing environment
