Salary: Grade A Scp 2 £23,656 - Scp 3 £24,027 per annum
Actual pro rata salary: £14,065 to £14,286 per annum
22 hours per week (all year round)
Start date: Monday 31st March 2025
The Board of Trustees require an experienced cleaner for 22 hours per week.
The applicant must have a good level of fitness, be reliable and hardworking. Previous cleaning experience is required for our large primary school.
Main duties will include mopping, sweeping, buffing, emptying bins, cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and toilets. The successful candidate should be able to follow instructions and be able to work to an agreed schedule. You should be able to comply with all cleaning related procedures including the correct use of cleaning products as per health and safety and COSHH regulations. You must be able to follow instructions and work to an agreed schedule.
The successful applicant will be required to work from 7.00 9.00 a.m. Monday to Friday, plus 3.00 5.30 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 3.00 5.00 p.m. on Friday. During school holidays, the cleaning team complete a deep clean and work their hours over a blocked period.
