Maintenance Manager Salary: £49,000 – £52,000 DOE Location: On-site – Manufacturing Facility Hours: Full-Time | Day Shift Direct Reports: Maintenance Technicians & Approved Contractors Visa Sponsorship: Not available Our client is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to take ownership of maintenance delivery across production equipment and site facilities. This is a working leadership role — you will spend the majority of your time on the shop floor diagnosing faults, repairing machinery and keeping production running, whilst coordinating the maintenance team and contractors.
