Global Opportunities Support Officer (Inbound)
This full-time post is available from 29 June 2026 on a permanent basis.
The starting salary will be from £28,031 on Grade D, depending on knowledge, skills and experience.
This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
About the role
The Global Opportunities Support Officer (Inbound) will be part of the Global Opportunities team and provide dedicated support on matters relating to inbound student mobility – exchange and direct enrolment. Key duties will include the recruitment, guidance and support of students coming to our campuses for global mobility opportunities before, during and upon their return from placement. Team members at this level work collaboratively to provide and act as the "first port of call" for students, relevant staff and external stakeholders in relation to Global Opportunity programmes.
About you
We are looking for someone with excellent organisation, planning and data management skills who can communicate effectively in person, writing and email. The ideal candidate would also have experience of using student record databases, of working in event management, and of working in a Higher Education environment.
