The Role As Executive Chef, you will: Define and deliver a culinary strategy that enhances staff wellbeing and fuels high performance
Oversee all catering operations, from staff restaurants and cafés to VIP dining and partner events
Design menus aligned with nutrition and sustainability goals
Deliver premium culinary experiences for sponsors, partners, and senior stakeholders
Lead, train, and inspire a large catering team through change and growth
Manage suppliers, budgets, and compliance to the very highest standards
What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Executive or Senior Head Chef within luxury hotels, elite sports, prestigious event venues, or high-performance environments
Strong knowledge of modern culinary techniques, large-scale catering, and bespoke fine dining
Experience developing innovative menus with a focus on nutrition and wellbeing
A strong leader who motivates teams to deliver excellence at every service
Advanced Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications essential; nutrition or sustainability knowledge highly desirable
