Key Responsibilities
* Manage enquiries and support international families from first contact to enrolment
* Conduct interviews, arrange tours, and guide parents through admissions
* Build and maintain relationships with parents, agents, and overseas partners (Asia-focused)
* Support visa documentation, compliance and student onboarding
* Maintain accurate admissions records and databases
* Promote the school at international education fairs and recruitment events
* Develop and support marketing activity in designated Asian regions
* Provide responsive communication across different time zones, including out-of-hours support when required
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth student placement and arrival
Person Specification
* Experience in admissions, international recruitment, education, or customer relations
* Strong understanding of Asian education markets (essential)
* Conversational Mandarin required
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Highly organised, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
* Willingness to travel internationally
* IT and database confident
Desirable
* Experience in UK independent or boarding schools
* Knowledge of UK visa processes
* Existing agent network in Asia
