Groundworker - Finishing Works (Housing Site)
Location: LeylandHours: 7:30am - 4:30pmDuration: 3-4 weeksRequirements: CSCS essential, Dumper ticket desirable, own hand tools desirable.
Your new companyYou'll be joining a well-established contractor delivering high-quality finishing works on a busy housing development. The team is known for maintaining strong site standards, clear communication, and a supportive working environment.
Your new roleYou will be carrying out a range of finishing groundworks tasks including:
* Paving
* Kerbing
* Stoning up
* Flagging
* General finishing duties as required
You'll be working alongside site management to ensure plots are completed to a high standard and ready for handover.
What you'll need to succeed
* Valid CSCS card
* Strong experience in finishing works on housing sites
* Dumper ticket - desirable but not essential
* Own hand tools - desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
