Overview
You will be based within the NQ Assessment Arrangements team. Our team's primary role is to support learners who have additional support needs to access our National Qualifications. This role will be ideal for someone who is committed to ensuring fairness and who is interested in helping enhance the delivery of our services.
To support our learners, we work closely with schools and colleges to understand individual learner needs and help deliver solutions that support the learner and protect the integrity of our assessments. Alongside this we run several other processes that ensure equality of access and fairness for all learners.
You will contribute to the effective delivery of these processes. The role will include providing administrative support, customer service, data handling and processing, as well as helping to identify opportunities for improvement in our processes.
