We’re all about flexibility—this role is remote (UK-based), with occasional travel for meetings when needed, once or twice a month. If you prefer working from an office, our Reading HQ is open to all employees.

What you’ll be doing:
* Conduct manual testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality.
* Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and design test plans.
* Create and execute test cases, record detailed testing results, and report defects accurately, providing sufficient detail.
* Participate in agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
* Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience.
* Triage new issues raised to prioritise and ensure all necessary information is present for resolution.
What we’re looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A high standard of written English.
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Experience with manual testing and familiarity with testing tools.
* Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
