French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
An established and growing organisation is seeking a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their customer service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, building strong relationships and working in a collaborative environment.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers and partners, providing high-quality support while working closely with internal teams to ensure queries, orders and requests are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms
* Deliver a high standard of customer service and ensure queries are resolved in a timely manner
* Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accurate information and timely delivery
* Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved in line with agreed service levels
* Maintain accurate records and track cases using internal systems
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational or delivery issues
* Maintain regular communication with customers and gather feedback where appropriate
* Support the onboarding of new customers and assist with account set-up processes
* Assist with special order requests and general administrative tasks
* Provide occasional support during busy periods, meetings or events
Skills & Experience
* Fluent French (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in a professional customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Friendly and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
* Confident using IT systems and Microsoft Office
