Sales Manager x 3 positions - Remote

UK - Senior - up to £60k + comms

French/Italian/Spanish - junior-mid - £45k + comms

German - junior-mid - £45k + comms

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager who can challenge the status quo. Someone who sees sales not as transactions, but as opportunities to transform markets, shape client strategies, and create measurable impact. If you're looking for a seat where you just maintain the numbers-you won't find it here.

This is about leading growth.

It's about taking ownership of a region, crafting strategies that push clients to see new possibilities, and executing with confidence across platforms like Amazon, eBay, and direct-to-consumer webstores. It's about being a trusted advisor who backs every conversation with insight, data, and clarity.

What You'll Actually Do

* Own the growth plan for your region and deliver GMV that moves the needle.
* Design and execute sales strategies that don't just follow the market-but set the pace.
* Be the voice clients rely on, the partner they trust, and the strategist who helps them win.
* Turn data into decisions: analyse performance, report with accuracy, and forecast with confidence.
* Collaborate across teams-marketing, category, trading-because growth isn't built in silos.
* Take joint responsibility for marketplace performance (Amazon, eBay) and drive webstore strategy forward.

What We're Looking For

You're not just a "people person." You're a commercial leader who thrives when accountable for results. You bring:

* Proven experience driving regional sales growth across multiple channels.
* Confidence in building trusted, long-term client partnerships.
* Hands-on eCommerce know-how (Amazon, eBay, D2C).
* Sharp analytical and commercial acumen-you don't just read data, you act on it.
* The initiative to own challenges and deliver impact without waiting for permission.
* A collaborative mindset, influencing and aligning stakeholders across functions.

Extra Points If You Have

* Experience in the automotive aftermarket or accessories sector.
* Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, or BI tools (Salesforce, Power BI, HubSpot).
* Experience of trading D2C webstores.
* Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
