Are you looking to build a career in administration within financial services?


We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our Central Services team in Leeds, providing vital administrative and operational support across a range of client services. This is a fantastic role for a recent graduate or someone with around 1 year of experience (ideally within financial services), as well as individuals seeking a long-term, stable career with a reputable company.


About the role:

You’ll play a key part in delivering a professional, compliant, and efficient administration service to clients, colleagues, and third-party organisations. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of tasks and the opportunity to develop a strong foundation in financial services operations.


Key responsibilities include:

* Maintaining and updating client data, ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Managing allocated tasks, queries, and requests within agreed service levels
* Supporting valuations (standard and bespoke), letters of authority, disengagements, and policy information processing
* Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate policy information
* Assisting with client review processes, including meeting bookings and data updates
* Handling client disengagement requests efficiently and professionally
* Conducting whole-of-market research for annuity comparisons
* Preparing and collating documentation in line with Advice Delivery team requirements
* Supporting bespoke valuation requirements for high net worth clients
* Completing general administrative and project-based tasks as required
* Building strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners
* Identifying and suggesting process improvements to enhance team efficiency


What we’re looking for:

* A recent graduate (or equivalent) with approximately 1 year of experience (financial services experience desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
* Someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and professional environment

* Full-time hours (35 per week), Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 24 days holiday (increasing to 26), plus additional Christmas shutdown days
