* Pay: up to £15.66 per hour including Tip Jar (tips up to £3.00 per hour)
* Location: Hickory’s Smokehouse kitchens; authentic smokers and bespoke equipment
* Training and progression: through the Hickory’s Training Academy

* Cook authentic BBQ dishes and master the art of grilling and smoking.
* Work in a busy kitchen environment while delivering high-quality food and maintaining food safety standards.
* Engage in training to progress within the Hickory’s Smokehouse kitchen team.
