What You'll Do: As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor areas. Your daily tasks will include: Operating ride-on mowers to ensure grass areas are neat and tidy. Performing routine maintenance tasks like weeding, pruning, and planting. Maintaining and properly storing all tools and equipment. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Adhering to health and safety regulations on-site. What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you will need: A valid driving licence (essential for getting around our sites). Experience operating ride-on mowers. A positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. Good communication skills to work effectively in a team. A passion for maintaining outdoor environments and improving community spaces.
