Family Liaison Manager 1-Year Fixed Term Contract Base Salary: £40K + Commission Location: Tonbridge (Hybrid Role)
Avante Care & Support operates 11 care homes across Kent and London, offering residential, dementia, and specialist nursing care. Were seeking a dynamic Family Liaison Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts, driving occupancy and attracting self-funding residents across our care homes.

* Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive approach to building relationships with prospective residents, families, and key stakeholders.
* Familiarity with the care sector or NHS/CCG experience is a plus.
