Facilities Manager or Centre Manager

Facilities Manager or Centre Manager required to take charge of our client's London Office. This is a hands-on role overseeing all aspects of office operations, vendor management, compliance, and space planning to ensure both environments run efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations and maintenance
* Act as the main liaison with serviced office providers and building management.
* Oversee contractors, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance.
* Ensure compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and building regulations.
* Lead office moves, seating plans, and space optimisation projects.
* Monitor and control the facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
* Manage supplier contracts (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).
* Implement emergency plans and ensure systems are tested and compliant.
* Promote sustainability through recycling, energy efficiency, and waste reduction initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
* Understanding of H&S legislation and facilities best practice
* Experience overseeing an office / building and managing vendor relationships
Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (37.5 hours/week)
